Patti joined the Pittsburgh Agency of MassMutual in 1982. During her time with the agency she has served in the following capacities: Customer Service, Agency Bookkeeper and New Business Coordinator. In 2006, Patti was promoted to Business Manager. Her duties include managing New Business, overseeing the administrative staff, and agency financials.
Patti is a lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area and currently lives in McKeesport with her daughter.
